How long will a vinyl fence last?
This really depends on the quality. Our vinyl fence is commercial grade and wind certified up to 130MPH. To view our Wind Certification click here. Our heavy duty vinyl fence will last a lifetime Plus.
Our vinyl fences are very durable and will not fade or discolor over time. Low grade vinyl that you may be familiar with, found at your local big box stores, can turn yellow and brittle over time from exposure to the sun. Unlike the mass-produced plastic products, our heavy duty vinyl fence panels are engineered to maintain true color and last a lifetime plus! Our vinyl fence contains an industry leading 12 parts per 100 of titanium dioxide (TiO2), which is an extremely effective UV inhibitor. This amount of TiO2 is more than enough to prevent breakdown from the sun’s ultraviolet rays.
Is your fence the same cheap fence that I saw at my local big box store?
Please do not confuse our product with your local big box store. We are not in the business of creating landfill nor fence that will blow away during the first storm. We won’t mention big company names, you know who they are. These giant big box store corporations have one main objective. Corporate Greed. Quality is never as important as the bottom line. If a cheap fence they sell breaks, or is blown away during the first storm, chances are they no longer carry that line as they just switched again to another cheap line so that they can make more money. This allows these stores to continually provide the lowest grade fence manufactured at the cheapest cost, and forces you to replace it, or come back and spend more, every time something breaks.
We have been trying for many years with limited success, to have our line stocked nationwide at these chains. It always comes down to price. The manufacture that is willing to provide the lowest price, which means cutting cost and sacrificing quality, wins every time with these big box stores. Lowe’s is the exception to the rule. To compete with the other big box stores they do stock a lessor grade residential product line as well. Lowe’s does understand that quality matters, as our fence is available through Lowe’s vinyl fence nationwide as a special order at their Pro Desk. Lowe’s orders from us when their customers requests quality. You can order our heavy duty vinyl fence direct through Lowe’s. If you decide to do this, make sure to provide our Lowe’s Vendor # 28746. Keep in mind you will pay Retail, which is 30%-60% more than purchasing direct from us. While the big box stores are winning your business every day, the consumers are losing everyday when someone purchases a cheap quality fence. The way you can win, is simple. Purchase vinyl fence factory direct!
Why is your fence more expensive then the fence I can get at my local big box store?
Most likely you are comparing apples to lemons. Quality is more expensive. Yes, we do have the ability to manufacture low quality to compete with the big box stores. The big difference is that we have quality standards. We will not manufacture junk fence and landfill. This is already being done which goes against everything that we stand for. As a small manufacture, we do not have the time nor resources to dedicate towards dealing with all the headaches and problems associated with a cheap quality plastic fence. Our goal and mission is the same as when we started over 21 years ago. Provide the highest quality vinyl fence manufactured today, along with the very best customer care and support, at the very best price possible.
As mentioned in the first FAQ, our vinyl fence contains an industry leading 12 parts per 100 of titanium dioxide (TiO2). This amount of TiO2 is more than enough to prevent breakdown from the sun’s ultraviolet rays. This is very expensive, as we exceed the industry standard which is 8% – 10%. Low grade vinyl might use 3%-6% parts per 100. Our posts do not require any wood to hold them up and are the thickest at .150, our Tongue and Groove Pickets are internally ribbed and 7/8” thick, our horizonal rails are internally ribbed, 1.5” x 5.5” and bottom rails are reinforced with aluminum for commercial strength. All of this adds to overall cost. As we all know, quality cost more and overall quality holds value.
Another big advantage with our heavy-duty vinyl fence panels and posts, they are 100% backed our industry leading transferable lifetime warranty! This insures your fence against all the common problems of a low-quality vinyl. Our fence will not warp, crack, sag, splinter, shatter, yellow or turn brittle over time and is engineered for all extreme climates. Our fence is installed all across North America and worldwide, from extreme cold climates like Minnesota and Canada, to desert climates, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, California and even in the hot deserts of Kuwait! If ever you sell your property, the transferable lifetime warranty is automatically transferred to the next property owner! As your fence is automatically registered when you purchase through us, there are no warranty cards to fill out. Therefore, besides providing the strongest vinyl fence manufactured today, we back it with the strongest warranty.

How much does vinyl fencing cost?
At first glance, you might pay more than a wood fence unless you are comparing it to a higher quality painted or stained wood fence. A new wood fence will last 5-7 years if it is maintained, stained and or painted. If you do not maintain a wood fence it will look like an old fence within 1 year or less. To save a little money, you might think a wood fence is the great choice since you might sell your home in a few years. Or you might be a builder that just built a beautiful home and now you need to sell it. Wrapping a home with a cheap wood fence makes zero sense. It might save you a few bucks now however it will only detract from the overall value of your property. Do you really want to paint and stain your fence to maintain it? In this day and age, who has the time for this? If you factor in your yearly labor costs plus your material cost and the cost you will pay to replace it in 5-7 years, at that point you will have paid more! A wood fence adds zero value to our property and only maintenance. Our Vinyl fencing might cost more, however it will add actual value and curb appeal to your home as it is backed by our industry leading transferable lifetime warranty. If you ever sell your home the warranty transfers automatically to the next home owner. Additionally, we have a price match guarantee so you will get the lowest price on the highest quality vinyl fencing. Find out more here.
